The Far Cry series has been one of Ubisoft's most defining open-world action-adventure franchises, focusing on exploration and fighting hostile forces in exotic locales.

The open world stuff is a lot of copy paste, checkpoints and bases feel pretty samey. However, if you focus on the story, yaran stories, and treasures, thereās enough fresh feeling content to keep you going. When itās convenient for you, thatās when Iād recommend taking a checkpoint or base.
